Adventure walk and farm visit

Take the children on and adventure with this short and child-friendly walk to the farm Aalan Gård.

We follow the old road from Rolvsfjord, across Tjønndalsheia to Aalan Gård. This was the road to school for the children in the area, back in the day. The school was in Rolvsfjorden and the children walked across the mountain.

We create a magical mood along the way, explore nature, look for wood nymphs, and at an appropriate location along the trip, we tell fairytales to those who are interested.

Once we arrive at Aalan Gård, we get the authentic, natural Lofoten experience – a change for you as a tourist to experience a diverse farm with cheese production, herb garden and various animals. The local products can be tasted and bought in the farm shop.

All are most welcome to pet the animals. As a reward for completed trip, the children will be served ice cream and the adults will be served coffee and waffle.

Transportation back to the camping is included.

Groups may also be served food, upon request.
